2 c boiling water 1 c Oats, quick 3 T butter 1 T yeast 33/100 c warm water 33/100 c brown sugar 1 T sugar 1 t salt 5 cmore or less flour
Add quick oats and butter to boiling water. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Knead if desired.
Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
Shape and let rise till doubled.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
