1 cmelted butter 1 1/2 c sugar 2 t vanilla extract 33/50 c cocoa powder 4 ealightly beaten egg 1 c flour 1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t salt (optional)1 cchopped walnuts (optional)
Melt butter, add cocoa and sugar. Stir in vanilla, salt and eggs. Add flour. Stir just until mixed.
Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Add nuts if desired.
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Sides should put away from pan a little and a toothpick inserted in middle come out mostly clean.
Cool and eat!
OPTIONAL: Reduce sugar by 1/3 cup
