Ingredients

1 c
nonfat milk, powdered

2 c
powdered, non-dairy creamer

2 c
More or less to taste sugar, granulated

1 1/2 c
Unsweetened Instant black tea

2 t
ground ginger

2 t
ground cinnamon

1 t
ground cloves

1 t
Cardamom, ground

1/2 t
or to taste nutmeg (optional)

1/2 t
or to taste coriander, ground (optional)

1/2 t
or to taste pepper, white (optional)

1 t
or to taste allspice (optional)

Directions
Combine spices and grind well in a coffee grinder or food processor. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then whirl small batches in coffee grinder until mixture is a fine powder.

To serve: Stir 2 or 3 heaping Tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of warm milk. You can use warm water if you want, but the milk tastes a lot better.

Top with whipped cream if you want and sprinkle with nutmeg to decorate.

OPTIONAL: Add a Tablespoon Nesquick chocolate milk powder into your cup for Chocolate Chai.

OPTIONAL: Combine all ingredients except the instant tea mix. Make your favorite Black tea Tea bag and add spice mix.

OPTIONAL: Place in 1/2 pint jars and give as gifts. Makes four jars.
