4 lb Pork Spareribs 1 c honey 1 cpacked brown sugar 1/2 tor more to taste garlic powder 1/2 tgrated fine ginger root 1 t dry mustard 3/10 c soy sauce
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour half over ribs. Turn ribs to coat, cover bowl. Refrigerate for a few hours to overnight. Turn ribs occasionally. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Drain and discard rib marinade. Place ribs on a rack in a greased broiler pan (add a little water to keep from burning bottom of pan). Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour reserved marinade over ribs and bake until meat is tender (about 30 more minutes). Baste occasionally with pan juices.
Optional: Try with chicken.
