33/100 c honey 1/2 tto taste salt (optional)33/100 c vinegar, red wine 3 T Mustard 1/2 c olive oil 1 dsto taste pepper, black (optional)1 dsto taste garlic powder (optional)
Warm honey in small saucepan. Add vinegar and mustard, stir well. Add salt and pepper if desired. Add oil and pour into jar. Mix well and cool before putting lid on. If desired use part Dijon mustard.
