Ingredients
                
33/100 c
honey

1/2 t
to taste salt (optional)

33/100 c
vinegar, red wine

3 T
Mustard

1/2 c
olive oil

1 ds
to taste pepper, black (optional)

1 ds
to taste garlic powder (optional)


Directions
Warm honey in small saucepan.  Add vinegar and mustard, stir well.  Add salt and pepper if desired.  Add oil and pour into jar.  Mix well and cool before putting lid on.

If desired use part Dijon mustard.
