1 3/4 c sugar 1 t vanilla 1/2 c sour cream, low fat 1/4 c margarine 2 ea egg 2 1/2 c flour 4 T cocoa powder 1 t baking soda 1/2 t salt 1 t cinnamon 2 cgrated zucchini 3/4 c chocolate chips 2 T brown sugar 2 T sugar, granulated 1/2 c oil, canola
Mix chocolate chips, 2 Tablespoons sugar and brown sugar. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chip mixture over top of cake before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Can replace sour cream with yogurt or 3/4 cup sour milk and 3 Tbl butter.
2 3/4 c rice flour 1 1/4 c Potato starch 33/100 c(or potato starch) Tapioca Starch
Carefully measure out ingredients. Blend well. Use in recipes calling for All purpose gluten free flour.
You will most likely need to add xanthan gum or guar gum to recipes
