Ingredients
                
4 ea
whole garlic

33/100 c
water

1 ea
sliced bread, French

1 ea
sprig fresh Thyme, fresh


Directions
Cut the pointy top off each garlic head so that each clove is exposed.  Place, cut side up, in a small ungreased baking dish; pour water around garlic. (Place thyme over cut garlic) Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until garlic is very soft.  Cool for 5 minutes.  Slowly drizzle oil into the center and over each garlic head.  Remove soft garlic from skins; spread on bread or over cooked meats or vegetables.

OPTIONAL:  Use to flavor soups.  Puree garlic and add to soup.  One whole head will flavor about 7 quarts of soup.
