3/4 c sugar 3 T water 3/4 t salt 1/4 tground allspice 2 c pecan, halves 1 ea egg white 1 tground cinnamon 1/2 tground cloves 1/4 tground nutmeg 1 1/2 c almonds, whole
Combine all ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Mix well. Add nuts and stir until well coated.
Spread evenly in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread on waxed paper lined baking sheet to cool.
Store in airtight container.
