Ingredients
                
1 c
Half and half

1 3/4 c
sugar, granulated

4 ea
(squares from 4 oz package) unsweetened baking chocolate

2 T
butter

1/2 t
salt

1 t
vanilla


Directions
In 8 c. microwave container throw all ingredients together.  Cook 5 minutes on medium (50%).  Stir well.  Cook 5-6 minutes long or until it really boils.  Add 1 tsp. vanilla and put in blender to mix.  Pour immediately into container.

Or melt carefully in pan over stovetop.

Makes about 2 cups. 

Store it in a pint jar in the freezer.  You just put it in the microwave to melt it when you want to use it.
