33/50 c honey 1/4 c coconut oil 1/4 c butter 1 T vanilla extract 3 ea egg 1/2 c cocoa powder 1 c almond, ground 1/4 t baking soda 1/4 t salt (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix honey, coconut oil, butter, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Add almonds, cocoa, baking soda and optional salt. Stir to blend. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until center is set and toothpick inserted in center comes away clean .
Cool until sides pull away from the edge of the pan before cutting.
Optional: Use all coconut oil or all butter.
