2 ea Vanilla bean 4 c sugar, granulated 3 c chocolate chips, semisweet 1 cGhiradelli dark chocolate chips 2 c Dutch process cocoa 4 c milk, powdered (optional)
Split and scrape vanilla beans. Add to sugar. (Or just use vanilla sugar) Grind chips till finely ground using 4 second pulses in food processor. Be careful so chocolate does not melt. I usually process half way. Add cocoa and sugar and finish processing till fine. Blend well. Store in airtight container. Use 1/4 cup mix with 2 cups warm milk. If desired, add about 1 cup powdered milk to 1/2 cup mix for a "take to work" mix. Store in small container.
