2 ea egg whites 2 T vanilla extract 4 c almonds, whole 1/3 c sugar, brown 1/3 c sugar, granulated 1/2 t salt 1 t ground cinnamon
Do not double cinnamon until trying the recipe. I already doubled it! :)
Beat egg whites till there is no liquid on bottom. Add vanilla and beat. Add to almonds to coat well. Combine remaining ingredients before adding to almonds to coat.
Bake on foil lined (or parchment lined) jelly roll sheet at 300 for 30 minutes or longer. Stir every 15 minutes or so and be careful not to burn.
(I baked them for about 45 minutes.)
