Ingredients
                
2 ea
egg

1 ds
salt

3/4 c
sugar

1/2 c
flour

1 T
melted butter

2 c
coconut flakes

1 c
chocolate chips

1 t
vanilla extract

1 t
grated orange rind


Directions
Beat eggs and salt until foamy
Gradually add sugar, continue beating until thick and ivory colored, 5 to 7 minutes.
Fold in flour and butter.
Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, orange rind, and vanilla.
Drop dough by rounded tsp onto lightly greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes until delicately browned.
Cool 1 minutes before removing to wire rack.
Can double recipe, but do not double chocolate chips.
