1 eadiced roma tomato 1 ccooked and rinsed beans, black 1 c corn, frozen 2 T cornmeal 1 lbwhole wheat Pizza dough 33/100 c Barbecue sauce 1 csmoked if possible mozzarella grated cheese 1/2 cdiced green bell pepper (optional)1/2 cdiced onion, white (optional)
Combine tomato, beans, and corn in medium bowl.
If using, cook green pepper and onion slightly. Can brown corn slightly if desired too.
Sprinkle cornmeal onto large baking sheet, stretch dough over.
Grill the crust by transferring dough to grill and close lid until crust is puffed and lightly browned on bottom (4 or 5 minutes)
Flip crust, spread barbecue sauce on it and spread vegetables and cheese over. Close grill and grill till cheese is melted and bottom is browned, another 4 or 5 minutes.
Optional: Prepare pizza and cook in 350 degree oven until cooked through.
