1 T corn starch 2 t chili powder 1 t paprika 1 t sugar 3/4 t Bullion, chicken 1/2 t onion powder 1/4 t garlic powder 1/4 t cayenne pepper 1/4 t cumin
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Cook 1-1 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken strips with 2 Tablespoons oil a few minutes. Add seasoning mix with 1/3 c water, 1 green pepper cut into strips and 1 med sliced onion. Cook till chicken in cooked though and vegetables tender.
Optional: Replace chicken and chicken bullion with beef and beef bullion.
