Ingredients
                
1 c
or graham flour flour, whole wheat

1 c
flour, all purpose

1 t
salt

1 t
baking powder

1/4 c
butter, unsalted

1/4 c
honey

1/4 ea
more or less milk


Directions
Combine flours, salt and baking powder.  Cut in butter until consistency of cornmeal.

Stir in honey and add milk to make a stiff dough.

Roll out on floured surface about 1/4 inch thick, cut into squares. Prick surface with fork. Brush with milk.

Bake at 400 degrees on ungreased baking sheet, about 18 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool thoroughly on wire racks before storing in airtight containers.

Can be used for pie shell crumbs.
