2 c flour, all purpose 1/2 cto 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 T baking powder 1 t ground cinnamon 1 t ground ginger 1/2 t salt 1 pn allspice 3/4 c canned pumpkin 1 ea egg 33/50 c milk 3 Tmelted butter, unsalted 1 t vanilla extract 1/2 c chocolate chips, mini
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 12 muffin tins with non fat cooking spray (or paper liners).
In large bowl, beat together wet ingredients. Min in dry ingredients except chocolate chips just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into tins, bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing to cool on wire rack.
These taste best warm.
