Ingredients
                
1 c
red wine vinegar

1 3/10 c
olive oil

2 T
water

1/2 T
garlic powder

1/2 T
onion powder

1/2 T
sugar

1 T
oregano

1/2 t
black pepper

1/4 t
thyme, dried

1/2 t
parsley

1/4 t
celery salt

1 T
salt (optional)

1/2 t
dry mustard (optional)

1/4 c
lemon juice (optional)

1 T
vinegar, balsamic (optional)


Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients until perfectly blended.

Store in refrigerator.

Optional; Replace red wine vinegar with vinegar of choice



Salsa, Black Eyed Pea (optional)
Ingredients
2 c
Black eyes peas

1 ea
finely chopped Sweet Red Pepper

1 ea
finely chopped green bell pepper

3/10 c
finely chopped onion, yellow

1/2 c
italian salad dressing

1 pk
Corn Chips


Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat. 

Serve with corn chips. 

Optional; Add one finely chopped, deseeded, jalapeno pepper.

Optional; Replace black eyed peas with Black beans.
