Ingredients
                
2 c
Black eyes peas

1 ea
finely chopped Sweet Red Pepper

1 ea
finely chopped green bell pepper

3/10 c
finely chopped onion, yellow

1/2 c
italian salad dressing

1 pk
Corn Chips


Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat. 

Serve with corn chips. 

Optional; Add one finely chopped, deseeded, jalapeno pepper.

Optional; Replace black eyed peas with Black beans.
