4 easeperated egg 3/10 cplus 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 ptwhole milk 1 c heavy cream 3 oz Bourbon (optional)1 tfresh grated is best nutmeg
Separate the egg yolk and egg white. In a bowl of a stand mixer, beat the yolk until they lighten in color. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved completely. Add milk, cream, bourbon (if using) and nutmeg. Whisk to combine.
Place egg whites in a different bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add 1 Tablespoon sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.
Whisk egg whites into cream mixture. Chill before serving.
