1 1/2 lb skinless salmon fillet 1 dsto taste lemon pepper 1 dsto taste garlic powder 1 dsto taste salt 3/10 c soy sauce 3/10 c brown sugar 3/10 c water 1/4 c vegetable oil
Season salmon with spices to taste.
Stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water and oil. Pour over fish and marinate in refrigerator at least two hours.
Preheat grill and cook till fish flakes easily with fork.
Can cook at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes instead.
