4 1/2 c oatmeal, rolled oats 1/2 ctoasted wheat germ 1/2 c wheat bran 1 c raisins 1/2 c walnuts 2 T sugar, brown 3 Tfresh ground flax seed 2 T Dates, dried (optional)2 T apricots, dried (optional)1/2 c oat bran (optional)
Combine all ingredients and store in air tight container. Serve with natural yogurt.
