1/2 csoftened butter 1 c sugar 1 ea egg 1 t vanilla extract 1 1/2 c flour, all purpose 33/100 c cocoa powder 1/2 t baking soda 1/2 t salt 1/4 c milk 1 c chocolate chips, semisweet
Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, add alternately with milk to creamed mixture, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until almost set. Do not overbake!
Cool one minute, remove from cookie sheet to cool on wire rack.
