3 c cranberries, fresh or frozen 1 1/2 c water 2 cmashed banana 7 c sugar, granulated 1 t lemon juice 6 ozliquid Pectin
Combine cranberries and water. Simmer in large pan for 10 minutes, crushing the berries.
Stir in mashed bananas with sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and boil one minute.
Stir in lemon juice and pectin.
Let cool a few minutes,then pour into sterilized jars and cover.
Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely and check lids before storing.
