4 ccrushed blueberries 2 T lemon juice 1/4 t ground cloves 1/4 t ground cinnamon 1/4 t allspice 1 pk Pectin 5 c sugar, granulated
Put all ingredients except for sugar in a large pot. Bring to a hard boil stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and bring to a full rolling boil (when it does not stop boiling even when stirred). Stir constantly for one minute carefully.
Remove from heat and skim foam. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Pour carefully into sterilized jars, wipe tops and sides well and then seal.
Place in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Carefully take out and let cool on towel. Store jars with popped lids, but refrigerate any with unpopped lids.
