3 c sugar 4 oz4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate 1/4 chalf stick butter 3/4 c corn syrup 3/4 c heavy cream 1 c walnuts (optional)1 t vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients. Cook to hard ball stage (266 degrees F) Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Cool. Set in freezer one hour then break into bite sized pieces.
