1 c8 oz can tomato sauce 33/50 c6 oz can tomato paste 2 T sugar, brown 2 T vinegar, white 2 T olive oil 3 clvor to taste garlic 1/2 cminced onion, white 1 T worcestershire sauce 1 t dry mustard 1 t cayenne pepper 1 t paprika 1/2 tto taste black pepper
Saute onion and garlic on low heat until very soft and carmalized, about 10 minutes. Be careful not to brown them. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Use for chicken, ribs or pork chops.
