2 Cup(s) raw almonds, whole
2 Teaspoon(s) sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
3/10 Teaspoon(s) almond extract
1/2 Cup(s) mini dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, toast almonds until golden brown (15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Let cool 5 minutes, place in food processor in batches-if needed- and turn on. Scrape bowl often. It will take awhile to turn into butter. Add oil if needed after about 10 minutes.
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips. Let cool an hour before adding chocolate chips (unless you want them melted)
I store in fridge, but the counter should be fine if you plan to eat it quickly.
